(almost) no roots

🖤 I’ll confess I’m feeling kind of new and fragile these days, which might sound weird for a 48 year old woman, but this version of me is still emerging and I feel protective of myself.

Still.

So, hello there.

Here’s what’s new with me:

• dye free once and for all since March 2020 (after several false starts) It took a pandemic and the shutdown of the entire world, babies, that’s my “secret” to going gray.
• “Big chop” January 2022 ✂️
• I’ve got no roots … well, almost no roots. Probably one more trim in another month or so, but I’m not quite ready for that yet (this has been a much more emotional journey than I anticipated) then it will be 100% all me.
